You have shared your children...We love you, Linda! You have shared your children and grandchildren with us and there is no greater gift you could have ever given us. We love all of you with all our hearts! We have always kept you in our daily prayers and of course we always will. I'm great at sitting in cars :)

i love you!!!kelly annehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05726923669447744069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6399982860342999123.post-14307274512376068542010-08-17T21:25:43.636-07:002010-08-17T21:25:43.636-07:00Linda, I've also sometimes wondered why people...Linda, I've also sometimes wondered why people fight so hard to hang onto life--wouldn't it be a blessing to get a ticket out of here?
I think people worry how their families will manage without them, and worry they may never see them again.

I had a roommate whose favorite question was,
"Is life about joy or pain?" People were always a little confounded because we know we're supposed to experience joy, and yet life seems to be all about pain. The answer really is both, we feel joy inspite of pain, and perhaps even a greater sense of joy for having experienced pain--as you've actually already said, quite perfectly.

I think the key to peace in life is not having regrets, as you've also said. Kudos to you for being able to now live each day so that you won't. I have decidedly not reached that point.

Your kids did turn into amazing adults. What could make a mother more proud?sojayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12093292011773747210noreply@blogger.com
